3DA: How did you start working in 3D field? How much time has passed and what kind of studies did you do?
BS: I started in 2007 with a project for school I did just for fun and I remember that I was fascinated about 3d world.
3DA: Which are your favourite software and plugins for your daily projects?
BS: For my works I use 3ds Max whit Vray render engine, this is my basic software. About plugins: I use multiscatter, quad chamfer and advanced painter.
3DA: Tell us something about a project that gave you great satisfactions
BS: I think the last work always leaves most satisfaction because I’m learning everyday and I try to use my studies creating different atmosphere in my recent projects.
3DA: From where do you take inspiration for your artworks?
BS: The inspiration comes from architecture photography, I watch for several hours daily the best pieces of photography and try to create my personal visualization. There are many 3D artists who also are a source of inspiration as Peter Gutherie, metrocubicodigital, bbbviz, Pracownia Motyw, Pixela and many others.
3DA: How do you live this period of economic crisis? How is it in your country?
BS: Portugal right now is bad, a lot of youth unemployment, many people go away to other countries looking for job and better life, nobody knows when the crises will end.
3DA: What would you suggest to people that are approaching to 3D and architecture?
BS: To start with, I think it is very important to like 3D a lot, because you’re gonna spend a lot of time studying and even more working in front of your computer. Second: don’t copy, try to show your point of view and bring your personality.
