CG Projects and Interviews with professional 3D artists

3D architectural visualization is an essential tool for designing and presenting environments and spaces. Through exclusive interviews, we give a voice to industry professionals: this way, 3D artists, designers, and architects can share their experiences, offering practical advice and work strategies.
Discover their rendering and 3D modeling techniques, the challenges they face in projects, and the innovations transforming the industry.
On 3D Architettura, we explore the most advanced methodologies for turning ideas into impactful visual representations, since we focus on everything from conceptual models to final renderings.

I started about 14 years ago - I was helping my father and working in a local studio by the time in a few projects, very basic renders and not entirely sure what I was doing… But I was really loving it! :)
Due to short deadlines I prefer adding details in postproduction, I find it very fun. I really love photoshop integration.
Actually ,I was fortunate to grow in family with a lot of artistic interests admiring all types of arts specially in drawing and photography, and I was always having a passion in CG field, so during my architectural studies at the university I started learning 3D and of course architectural visualization, because it's related with my study.
Start with a small scene and shoot it like a photographer, remember the composition - it considerably changes the image perception.
[:en]For beginners I could advice to do a lot of learning and knowing the intricacies in the field of architecture and interior design, never to be satisfied with the success you have achieved, because the 3D-design level is growing every year. [:]
The difficult thing is to keep up with growing visualization technology. You have to keep learning to be on top.
For an architect it's necessary to enter the 3D-field to clarify your ideas and finalize your designs to the client.
When I gonna create something new I keep away from common things, or other 3D artworks 'cause it can make me copy others' ideas and I really hate this things. So I kind like to travel, go to bars with my friends, talk about other stuffs, cause I know it will gives me good ideas, take photos helps too.
Lot of my inspiration comes from various architectural websites. All the time I try to keep up with the latest projects and news in area of architecture and engineering.
I am glad I chose architecture studies, however I would work with 3d immediately after graduation instead of typical architectural job. Although I learned a lot designing and now is easy to understand other projects.
Lighting is paramount to all good photography and Arch Vis and can be the difference between an ok image and a great one. Now, for me composition and balance is something I really try and consider.
Discover what you like to do and "put all your effort on it", no one can guarantee that it will be easy or successful, but by doing what you like, in most of the cases, you don’t feel like a need but something you appreciate doing!
